How fast do I get access after payment?
Access is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, AERNmax sends your login credentials to the email address you used at checkout. In most cases you are inside the system within a minute or two.
Do you offer a free trial?
AERNmax does not currently offer a free trial. The product is delivered the moment you subscribe, so the subscription itself is the entry point.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. There is no automatic renewal after cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because AERNmax is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds are issued after account activation. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Both plans include the same features. The Yearly plan is paid once a year and costs $500 instead of $600 — a $100 saving, roughly two months free.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly later?
Yes. You can switch billing intervals from your account at any time. The new interval takes effect at the next renewal.
Which devices does AERNmax work on?
AERNmax runs on standard PCs (for the cashier and the management dashboard), on Android phones (for the employee, deputy manager, and director apps), and on any modern phone browser (for the online ordering menu your customers use).
Is my data isolated from other businesses?
Yes. AERNmax is a multi-tenant platform. Every account has fully isolated data — products, orders, employees, finance, and settings. No other business can ever see your records.
How do I get support?
Send an email to our support address. We aim to respond within one business day. Subscribers receive priority handling.
