1. Agreement

By subscribing to AERNmax ("the Service"), you ("you", "the subscriber") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. The Service

AERNmax is a subscription-based management platform for commercial stores, including point of sale, inventory, employee, finance, and analytics tools, plus accompanying mobile applications.

3. Subscription and billing

• The Service is offered on a monthly ($50 USD) or yearly ($500 USD) basis.
• Billing is processed by a third-party payment provider. AERNmax does not store card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.

4. Delivery

Login credentials are sent to your email immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address at checkout.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds are issued after account activation. See the full Refund Policy.

6. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. AERNmax stores and processes that data only to provide the Service to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, attempt to access another subscriber's data, or interfere with the Service's operation. AERNmax may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Availability and support

AERNmax strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at aernmaxtech@gmail.com, with a target first response within one business day.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AERNmax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability under any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

AERNmax may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and the updated date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
